Trustshift is a personal scheduling and work-record tool provided by Kaiyu Huang (Trustamp Camera). These terms cover Trustshift Android V1 and this website. Contact: founder@trustampcamera.com.
Your records and responsibilities
Use Trustshift for information and files that you are authorized to keep. You retain your rights in the information you enter. Check dates, time zones, breaks, rates and report contents before relying on or sharing them. Website examples are sample data and do not create app records.
Time records and pay estimates
V1 records device time, which can be changed. Original events and corrections are stored separately, but this is not independent verification of attendance, identity, location or work performed. Employers are not required to accept these records.
Hours and pay calculations are personal estimates based on your settings and entries. They are not employer-approved payroll, tax advice or a guarantee of compliance with employment rules. Resolve discrepancies using the relevant records and agreements.
Local data and reminders
V1 has no account, cloud synchronization or built-in backup/restore. Clearing storage, losing a device or uninstalling may permanently remove local data. PDF/CSV exports are readable reports, not restorable app backups. Reminders depend on Android permissions and device conditions; keep another reminder for commitments where a missed notification would matter.
Sharing, permissions and other services
You decide which optional permissions to enable and what to share. Files or calendar events transferred to other apps are controlled by those services. Trustamp is a separate application with its own terms and privacy policy. See the Trustshift privacy policy for data handling.
Availability and your rights
Features may change in later versions. We aim to correct problems, but do not guarantee error-free calculations, uninterrupted availability or recovery of lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The applicable store listing will state download availability and any price; this website does not promise lifetime free access or future paid features.
