Trustshift is developed by Kaiyu Huang (Trustamp Camera). Email founder@trustampcamera.com for support, feedback or privacy questions. Use “Trustshift” in the subject so we can distinguish it from Trustamp.
Report an issue
Include your phone model, Android version, Trustshift version, what you expected, and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot may help, but hide private names, locations and pay details. Sending diagnostics or attachments is your choice; Trustshift does not automatically upload your app data.
If reminders are missing
Check notification permission, alarm access and battery restrictions in Android settings. Check the reminder’s date and time in Trustshift. If the issue persists, include these settings and the expected reminder time in your email.
Where is my data?
V1 records are stored on the device. Reinstalling, clearing storage or switching phones cannot restore them from our servers. Save readable PDF/CSV reports before removing the app if you need to keep a reference. See data deletion and privacy.
Android availability
Android V1 is complete and being prepared for Google Play. The homepage will link to the store once downloads are available. There is no iOS release scheduled.
