See what’s next or browse two weeks from your home screen. Changes to your schedule update your widgets, too.
Before, during and after work: keep handovers and small tasks with their shift. Check off, skip or undo as you go.
Compare planned and recorded hours, including breaks. Weekly, two-week and custom pay periods fit around your routine.
Check in with your location or take a photo, even without a planned shift. Keep the time source, location and original record clear.
Records support review; employer acceptance is not guaranteed.
Set reminders around your shift. Reschedule a shift and its upcoming reminders move with it.
Keep personal events alongside shifts. View permitted device calendars and export shifts to a dedicated calendar.

V1 is designed to let you plan shifts and use checklists without an account. Sign in only when you enable personal sync. Online record witnessing is separate from offline planning.
Manage jobs separately or view them together, with multiple shifts on one day. Overnight shifts stay as one shift. Changing a plan never overwrites original check-ins.
Plan shifts, use checklists and save records offline. A valid time anchor can estimate time until the phone restarts; otherwise records are marked as device time. Witness submissions wait for a connection.
Neither is required. Choose location or photo check-in, even for unplanned work. Both support record witnessing and web verification. Simple photo labels show time, coordinates and place. Trustamp is optional for richer photo watermarks.
It checks record integrity, time source, server receipt and corrections. Client-reported location does not independently prove attendance. A photo must be compared separately using its file digest. Shared access can be revoked.
Planned and recorded hours stay separate. Only breaks marked as excluded reduce hours. Choose weekly, two-week, monthly, yearly or custom periods, with a starting date for your pay cycle. Configure hourly pay, overtime and extra rates; estimates are not an employer-approved payslip.
V1 syncs schedules, checklists, records and photo reference data, not the original photo files. Use a backup that includes photos to move those files. Automatic photo cloud backup is planned for a later version.
V1 includes light and dark themes, either following the system or selected manually. Shift names and icons work alongside color to keep the calendar readable.
Share an image, calendar PDF or ICS file. Files are snapshots, so share again after changes. Live family sharing is outside V1. For work reports, choose whether to include location, photos, notes and verification links.
Trustshift is in development and is not available to download yet. Android comes first. Release timing and pricing are not set, and an iOS release is not scheduled.
